I’m not a guy who typically voices complaints, however this was not your typical poor customer service experience.
Not the cleanest Starbucks I've been too... But not bad. Friendly baristas... Quick service... Seasonal options....
I hope this is a one off; the manager on duty should be very ashamed of how she treated the customers ahead of me - everyone is a human being and if you can’t treat ALL fairly and with respect during stressful situations, find a job that doesn’t require customer interaction.
This location hurts their overall brand, which is a shame since it’s such an awesome one - unless this experience is a glimpse into Starbucks’ future.
The service we received here was fairly fast there was a long line however it was Saturday night there was a lot of people using the Wi-Fi so seating was a little crowded we got one hot coffee drink and one ice coffee drink overall it was a nice experience we would be willing to return back
Horrible, SLOW, ridiculous service. Waited over 30 minutes for a hot tea.... shouldwalked over to Race Trac for coffee rather than wait, but had to get back in the line for a refund........rude staff members made the wait that much worse, and they were out of every pastry!! Goodbye Commerce Starbucks....never again!!
This Starbucks has saved me so many times. I often drive from Martin, GA to Atlanta for doctor appointments. I don't know how many times I've stopped at this Starbucks, from either direction. The inside is clean, trendy, and the staff is sweet. Smartest (being on the interstate visibly) and best Starbucks in Georgia.
Extremely slow service, rude employees and a manager who obviously would rather give customers a refund than respect.
