It was the 4th of July weekend and the facility was under staffed. Only 1 person was working so i had to wait awhile to be picked up and dropped off ( only 1 person working at rental and return) He tried his best and all customers were taken care of it just took awhile and service was poor because of understaffing and vehicles were probably dirty because of the same reason. I still enjoy Enterprise as a frequent renter, but i think i may have to look into one of the others as a frequent renter.
I was very disappointed with the quality of vehicles. I've NEVER rented a car from Enterprise where the car was such poor quality. It was dirty and when i voiced my concerns i was offered a lower class vehicle. I rented a full size so a lower size would not have served my purpose. The windshield had a crack in it and the seats had awful oily stains on them. It looked so bad a relative of mine cleaned it via his detail company so i would not have to endure the look.

I recieved a pick up at my home to rent the day after hurricane Irma downed a powerline in my driveway. I was so tired and out of it but the gentleman was so professional and helpful! Highly recommed!
Got a great car. Went to Maine and back to Georgia No problems
TERRIBLE!! I rented a car for several weeks, then turned it in on a Monday. The company kept debiting my account everyday for a day's rental, after I no longer had the car. Wednesday I called them (the guy's name is Doug) and was told he wasn't aware of having the car. He then walked outside, saw the car, and told me the car was indeed there. However, they still charged me another day's rental for Thursday, after I made the call! This is nothing but theft, just, I imagine, to cover his incompetence since he didn't even know what cars he had and which ones he didn't. Shouldn't a car rental business physically inventory what they have on a daily basis? At least get off their lazy bums and take a walk outside?? They ended up screwing me out of $200, which isn't that big a sum but I'm living on Social Security disability and don't have $200 to donate to a big corporation! I can't believe a trusted company like Enterprise, with whom I've rented many cars from in the past, would have such a rude, incompetent like Doug working in a position dealing with the public. He struck me the first day I rented the car as a rude, idiot, which proved to be the case. I will NEVER rent from these people again.
