Joanna is great, but every time I’ve been I’ve waited at least an hour before being taken to the back where we had to wait another 30 minutes. I even asked them to schedule me for the first appointment time possible and there were 4 other people in the waiting room when I got there.(15 minutes before our scheduled visit)! It took over an hour for them to call us to the back. I’m that time I watched 3 different sales representatives go in and out. Not going to go somewhere where the patient comes second. We’ve all switched our pcp to commerce urgent care. Even if there are 5 people ahead of us there we are still seen in less than 45 minutes tops.
Dr. Suarez is at the top of his field and so is his wife. I wish the waiting time was better but it's worth the wait and all his staff or very helpful and sweet. Great Team
Not sure why someone has to make an appointment. Get there 15 mins early and get seen 30 mins late. Doctors are suppose to listen to the patients symptoms. I very disappointed with my total visit to his office. I would suggest going to see another physician.
Dr. Suarez is great, but his staff is not up to par at all. I had asked repeatedly to have my son's allergy sheet and physical faxed over to his school. The school was very nice and patient about not receiving things on Friday morning, and let my son go to school. I had taken my son to see the doctor Friday afternoon, for them to tell me that they had already faxed the documents over. Great!!!! Well, this morning the school emails me to inform me that they still have yet to receive my sons documentation. The staff is rude, untimely, and seem to be lost on how you should run a doctors office. I do believe that I will be taking my son elsewhere. It is sad because as I said before, Dr. Suarez is great.
I spoke with the office staff and let them know that I couldn't personally bring my daughter in due to work schedule & that my father would bring her. I specifically told them which vaccines she could and could not have & they lied to my dad to get his signature for unauthorized vaccines!! I highly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs!!!
