Told me that she always gets the highest marks on smiling, I have never seen anyone in this office smile and be friendly. They treat customers as if they are doing you a favor, we are paying for these loans and since I have never failed to make my payment I would at least like to see a smile.
They need to smile at this location, they are rude and have all of these excuses as to why they have to ask you all of the same questions every time you renew. I just took my business elsewhere. I was already approved for a loan and went in to sign the paperwork and Stephanie said my husband couldn't sit beside me while I sign the papers. Don't ever go to these poor excuse of a business.
