I agree with the previous reviewer! FIND ANOTHER FLORIST. I just had a death in the family and purposely called directly to another florist so that Teleflora etc. wouldn't give my business to this florist!. They are undependable and impolite for a southern florist. Flowers were ordered for me as a gift. They were delivered very late and after argument with them and were nothing like my daughter had ordered online by the picture which she was not notified of. The arrangement was very old fashion and not very pretty. Sent my daughter a picture and she was very disappointed especially for the money that she had spent. Can't even give them more than a one for effort or customer satisfaction, since they were rude and argumentative, but did finally deliver something.....Do not waste your money with these people...the only reason they probably stay in business is because of ordering on the internet where you really don't know what you are going to get.
My experience with Vivian's Florist was a bad one. After placing an order for a prom corsage nearly a week in advance, I came to the shop to pick it up the day of. I stood in the shop calling for someone to come to the front and no one ever came. Unnerved, I had to rush to another florist, place the order, pay EXTRA for the the rush, and waste more time going back to get the corsage. A few hours after having to deal with that and it making my date and I late, Vivian called me and asked if I was still coming to get the flower and if I didn't I would still have to pay for it. Taken aback at the fact that she would even say that, I continued to ignore her calls. Periodically for a month, Vivian would call my phone and leave the same voicemail, "YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THIS CORSAGE!" I didn't answer the phone for another week and while I was at work, she called again from a different number. Immediately upon answering she began yelling saying things like, "you only answered because I called from a different number," "you never came. You're lying," and the infamous, "you still need to pay for this bouquet." I politely explained my situation that I had to deal with the best I could (having to keep my voice to a minimum due to the fact that I was at work and she wouldn't let me get off the phone). I've never ordered from her before this and described the interior of her shop and even the rooms which adjoined her shop from her home. I described what she had on her work station, the décor of her kitchen and pictures of her family in her shop. EVEN AFTER ALL OF THAT, she continued to say, "well, I don't believe you, but I'm just going to have to change my policy where customers have to prepay. THANKS TO YOU!" I excused myself from the conversation, seeing that she was not going to budge. I will NEVER order from her again and would not recommend her to anyone if they would like things done in a timely manner.
