Excellent food but more expensive than other steakhouse alternatives.
Great food and a nice place. Wait staff is really on their game. And their managing partner is really nice. Took the time to say hi and made sure everything is good.
I do have to admit though the food is good. Very tender and juicy and worth the wait.
I've gone here twice now to pick up to-go orders. I ordered the same thing both times, which was the Napa Chicken plain, no sauce or seasoning. Both experiences happened on Sundays and even though they say they don't do lunch menus on Sunday, I still received a lunch portion the first time. However, the second time was a little better, but I did vocalize the issue from the previous experience to the person taking my order. Their reasoning was that it is a 9oz portion and the chicken can vary in size. As I completely understand this, although recently we have visited the Buford and Dawsonville locations and we have received much more food each time. Furthermore, each time I have had to wait +/- 30 minutes on chicken and neither time the restaurant was busy. The second occasion there were more staff eating after the "no lunch menu" lunch shift than there were at the bar (4 or 5 patrons at 3pm)
Waited for an hour with my handicap mother. Then they took people that was there for 10 mins. & gave them a table. Talked to manager & he was a total butt!!! Acted like we was in the wrong. Love longhorns but manager is a total idiet! He was running around like he didn't know what was going on. We are locals but because of the manager we will never come back here again!
Great staff and atmosphere. Food is so-so. That is why I only give it 3 stars. I grew up with a GREAT steakhouse that closed down a few years ago, so I'm always searching for a GREAT steak. I'm still searching.
