Although there was some confusion when I first paid for my unit, and some miscommunication from the administrator working that day, I overall had a good experience with this facility.
I would rent here again.
Very clean
I only needed a unit for a single month. Fortunately, they didn't make me sign any kind of 3 month agreement like I've been asked at other facilities! I even got a price cut of about $25 due to the limited accessibility of my outdoor unit. They had equipment available to move large loads and boxes without me having to rent a hand-truck, and the surveillance made me feel comfortable about leaving my merchandise in storage.
The manager, Justin, is helpful and courteous, and the place is very clean.
I paid for my overpriced unit on time every single month! When I got ready to move my things, I needed an extra 3 days (just until the weekend). They said I would need to pay for the entire next month so I did thinking they would pro-rate the remaining 27 days back to me. Nope...I'm just out the $84. $84 for 3 days. I get it, I do...but that's just bad business. I spent well over $1,000 on this non climate controlled unit that always had spiders and leaves all over my things every time I opened the doors. I could have chosen any storage unit around but came here only to feel like my business wasn't appreciated. And I understand that new employees have to learn, but there wasn't a question that could be answered without having to call management that wasn't on site.
