I normally do not do online reviews,but i feel this is neseccary. Terrible customer service here. I dropped off a watch 3/23/16 to have a battery replaced. I was promised to have it back by 4/2/16. I went to pick it on 4/9/16 and was faced with a rude lady that is working there. She didnt in any way want to help, i asked her to look to see if my watch was there and she said im sure its not, but ill look anyway. She shuffled a few things in a drawer and said nope, not here. Anyway we went back last week and my watch was there, however, it wasnt fixed! I truly believe they hadnt even sent my watch off in the first place. Its been over a month and still no watch!
