Do yourself a favor and go right across the road to Best Western - it's GREAT!
The one star is for the desk clerks being nice. That is the only thing good I can say. The room was dirty - we wiped everything down with hot water and sanitizer. The beds were aweful, and broken. Bed covers were stained with black stains which we did not notice till the next morning when it was daylight - due to the room being so dark from lack of good lighting. The heat did not work...was changed to a different room - and the temperature control in the refrigerator was hanging out of the frig wall into the frig, and the light sockets were half hanging our of the walls....would that not be considered a fire hazard???? Oh, but they did have good water pressure in the shower. If you stay in Commerce, GA there are a lot of other hotels on the same road....choose one of those and try them. I don't normally write reviews but this was just horrible.
Absolutely disgusting. Hair everywhere, floors definitely haven't been vacuumed in awhile. Just no. If I can upload pictures, I will.
Old motel but the room is bigger than expected. Great water pressure
Overall, unacceptable. Front staff was less than courteous about issuing a refund - told us it would be 7 days before we get it.
I travel for a Living.... This was one of the worst experiences yet...... NASTY... Had to wait for room for an hour pass check in time. The room is disgusting. And to top it off I mainly got it for the Pool. The pool is filthy.... So incredibly disappointed..... I will not stay here again..... I do not suggest it.....
If I could leave zero stars I would. I think the pictures say it all. Crumbs on the mattress, underneath the sheets. Old blood stain on the mattress pad, looks like someone died. Bleach stains on the comforter. Cigarette burns in the bedspread of a non smoking room. Stained shower curtain. Scum in the shower.
