Coming from a choice diamond member that's stays in hotels 5 days a week year round and usually only stays in suites.... I waited too late to get reservations at the comfort suites up the street and they was sold out, so even though I normally stay away from outside rooms hotels, I gave it a try. To my surprise this hotel was actually cleaner, smelled better , ac worked better and over all a better room than lots of suites I've been in. Updated clean bathroom, clean pool ect. Very surprised and would recommend this place to anyone. Also very low cost room. Very satisfied, way to go quality inn !!
A good stopping place ahead of the storms and tornadoes last week. Fog is treacherous in this area. Exercise caution and drive only if rested enough to navigate through constant construction. This area is even difficult w/o road crews and trucks present.
Amazing people; kind, friendly, helpful and compassionate! Beautiful room, and clean; that's C-L-E-A-N! Not only are the rooms clean and fresh, they even wash the windows and walkways. Why spend $$$'s elsewhere when you can have all of this and a fabulous complimentary breakfast at a very reasonable rate.
This hotel and its staff are amazing! We stayed in the King Suite and talk about relaxing. You could compare it to a studio apartment. It was roomy and super cute. The best part was definitely the jacuzzi!!!
Amanda Wilson was the manager on duty and we had just arrived there a little after midnight coming from the Quality Inn in Jefferson which had terrible service and mold infested/disgusting rooms and she was very understanding and helped us out a great deal!!
Worst hotel experience I’ve yet to come across, I had my clothing and watch stolen from my room. Some of my clothing ended up in my co workers room. 2 of my co workers are also missing stuff. The hotel is covering up what happened no one has answers. It is a nice hotel but I do not recommend this kind of stay for one if your looking to relax.
If you are ever in the area I would definitely recommend you staying at the Quaility Inn in Commerce!!!
