Cracker Barrel is a unique restaurant theme. Love this restaurant. Never disappointed with my food but sometimes the service lags.
Our server was excellent, friendly and professional, and took really great care of us. I ordered a grilled chicken club and two sunny side up eggs, and everything was perfect. Great chicken, great flavor, you can tell the cooks care. The tomatoes on my sandwich were really good. I hate getting grainy tomatoes, seems like in fall and winter that's all you can get, but these weren't grainy at all. The coffee, though, the most important part...superb. Best coffee I've had on the road. This location gets pretty busy, I guess that's how you know it's good.
Cracker barrel is a. Point of comfort all locations have the same menus and it is always good food at a moderate price with well trained staff. They always have handicapped parking and accessibility to the restaurant and restrooms. They also have tables for handicapped guests. For traveling, they are no guesswork and no surprises.
I signed in with the CB app. They had us ready to roll when we arrived.
Stopped at CB in Commerce, Georgia on Sat, Oct 28, 2017 for lunch. Our server was Katie. She was fast, efficient and friendly. The kitchen had our food cooked within 10-15 mins and as usual the food was was great. Will stop in again next time we're driving through the area!
Great food! Poor service! Hostess was not friendly and staff struggled to get anything remotely close to our order. We enjoy Cracker Barrel but I will not be back at this location until staff improves.
