This store was having a service challenge when we visited. Heavy customer volume. Self serve drink machine was out of order, no ice, one employee working the counter, plenty of cook staff. The counter employee was doing a great job managing drink requests that now had to be filled from the drive thru drink machine. Then, no ice behind the counter. Hats off to the young man working the counter... he took a lot of harsh criticism and remained courteous.
Food was good, restaurant was clean. Staff was polite and got orders right under busy atmosphere
Our dinner was typical Zaxby's... Very good.
It takes 45 mins minimum every time I go here. The place is ran by kids.. Need some serious work. I love zaxbys just not this location.
Ordered and when the food came one entree was missing. The cashier told me she didn't here me while I was ordering. So I ordered again, paid money for her mistake. They just put my order in line behind the 10 next orders. I told the cashier my party would be through eating before my food came. She said she was sorry. I just got a refund and ate somewhere else. Customer service is horrible.
