Not only did we have to wait in line for 10 mins and we were the only car, the manager Brandon was rude when i asked for a discount. My food was burnt, my buns were hard and my cheese wasn't even melted. I wasn't even able to eat my Krystal's. I wanted a Oreo sundae and was told they were out of Oreo's and chocolate!!! I will NEVER go back to this Krystal's!!!!! I wish someone from corporate would contact me. My number was reported to 1-888-4krystals.
My coffee was cold. The biscuit was good. Service was more interested in their cell phones than service.
We ate breakfast there and dinner that same evening when we walked in it was nothing but smiling faces the the young there I can't remember her name maybe Erica she made us feel so welcome ask us was we enjoying our stay in Cornelia. And took our order for us and made sure we got what we ask very professional and the employees in the back just seemed happy and wanted to be there very fast. And the breakfast was amazing times 10. For dinner the same way we walked in smiling faces and the manager I think Ashley greeted us very professional and she was very friendly and you could just tell she was a hard worker she took our order and she double checked our order and got our order to us it seemed like within 5 minutes and came back several times and not counting the other employees coming by and ask us was everything ok or could they get us anything else and the employees we talk to welcomed us back and wished us a good day. My experience at this Dairy Queen on a scale of 1 to 10 would definitely be a 100 best restaurant i have ever been in and all the food was amazing and the ice cream was addictive but i will be visiting that area again soon and I will be visiting the great employees at the dairy Queen again and I can't wait.
Horrible serivce. The burgers were cold, they didn't put chese on half of them , none had ketchup, pickles or onions! The bread was crunchy stale! We arrived at 11:50pm, the young guy inside looked me dead in my face and walked away twice with out asking us what we needed! We didn't get asked what they could help us with until 11:56 pm then they mess up our food and serve it cold! If you hate your job im sorry but don't do bad service!! I wouldn't recommend this place to save my life!
